Speakers:
Anne Marie: An environmental enthusiast with a background in Human Geography and Environmental Governance. She’s worked on various projects worldwide and is particularly passionate about water management, food waste, and climate action.
Annalise: A Geography teacher, environmental educator, and licensed tourist guide. She’s dedicated to educating others about the environment and has worked with several environmental organizations.
Goals of the Workshop:
- Discover the significance of protecting urban and natural environments from pollution and ineffective resource use.
- Learn to differentiate between recyclable and non-recyclable plastics in common household items.
- Find alternatives to single-use plastics in your everyday life.
- Understand the importance of effective water use and management in local agriculture.
- Both workshop sessions offer valuable insights into environmental sustainability and provide you with practical knowledge to make a positive impact on our planet.
