On Wednesday 14th August, the Birgu Summer Catch-up Classes team organised a fundraising activity in aid of Id-Dar tal-Providenza. This promoted the development of the students’ emotional intelligence, love and respect for others.
On this day, children were invited to come to school wearing a crazy hairstyle.
After break-time, the students enjoyed a hot dog, freshly prepared by their teachers and a juice which they had pre-paid. All proceeds went in aid of Id-Dar tal-Providenza.
Both students and staff enjoyed themselves and are looking forward in organising similar activities in the coming weeks.
