St Ignatius College awarded the European Innovative Teaching Award for the Primary 2024

St Ignatius College has been awarded the European Innovative Teaching Award for the Primary 2024 for its Erasmus Project ‘Ensuring capacity building for quality education for all the students within a college community’ by the European Commission.

Two aims permeated across the project – strengthening the professional emotional capacity of the psychosocial team, the school leaders and the educators for a more positive learning environment within the schools, together with the fostering of skills within the STEAM educational field. This has reflected itself in further empowerment of the work of the Wellbeing and STEAM committees and also of all the primary schools in Malta as they have been provided with copies of a storybook, targeted for the Early Years, about conflict management resolution for their perusal.

Such an achievement is the result of a great teamwork at various levels within St Ignatius College’s structure who we thank for their dedication and commitment to make the school’s and students’ lives better.
