The school’s Celebration Day was a special event focusing on Sustainable Transportation, a theme which the school’s EkoSkola committee is actively working on this year.
The celebration featured a variety of performances, including short plays, poems, action songs, and dance routines. Each presentation creatively explored the theme of sustainable transportation, highlighting the harmful effects of air pollution and promoting eco-friendly travel options like walking, cycling, carpooling, and using public transport.
Students demonstrated not only their understanding of sustainability but also their talents and teamwork. Through poems and songs, they encouraged everyone to make responsible choices and spread the message of sustainability.
The event beautifully integrated multiple subjects. History lessons on transportation advancements were reflected in the plays, while language and literature skills came alive through poems and speeches.
Through this celebration, the school community came together with creativity and enthusiasm, reminding us all that sustainability is in our hands. We all have a shared sense of responsibility and by making thoughtful transportation choices, we can all contribute to a cleaner, greener world.
