The Directorate for Lifelong Learning and Employability (DLE) collaborated with Malta Libraries to celebrate World Book Day on April 23rd with the whimsical theme, Alice in Wonderland – A Curiously Delightful Affair! This event was catered to everyone, from children to adults.
The event was held at the Central Public Library. The event also featured a showcase by Lifelong Learning beading students, guided by the Beading Educator, highlighting their creativity and dedication. Additionally, an interactive workshop was held for those interested in exploring the art of beading. The celebration also included an animated reading session, face painting, and the launch of the library’s new application, Kanopy.
