The National Skills Council and the Future Talent Forum, in collaboration with the Institute of Education (IFE), University of Malta and MCAST will host the Future Talent Forum Malta – SkillScape Global, a two-day executive forum bringing together more than 250 international leaders responsible for shaping future-ready workforce systems.
The Forum will convene experts and decision-makers from government, education, business and public policy to exchange perspectives, share practical approaches and explore solutions to workforce challenges linked to skills, adaptability, AI, lifelong learning and organisational resilience.
For Malta, the Forum presents an important opportunity to connect local professionals and organisations with international thinking and practical insights, while fostering collaboration and dialogue with peers from different countries and sectors.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
