STAY SAFE AND FOLLOW GOOD PRACTICES

The teacher and students in Year 5.1 at St Theresa College Msida Primary decided to make a short but colourful video about good and wrong health and safety practices at school. They presented this video during one of the morning assemblies held online on MS Teams every week at school. The students worked hard to search for the content for the video and at the same time realised how important it is to stay safe and be responsible for themselves and for others. They enjoyed sending the right messages prepared by children to other students during the assembly. They did this by first showing bad practices and showing what they should NOT do. Then each message was followed by a presentation of what children should do in the correct manner. The video included an introduction by one of the students who has a hearing impairment and who used sign language to send her message.
