Throughout July and August 2023, at least 11 educators from Zabbar Primary B will be participating in professional development courses across Italy, Spain, and Greece as part of our Erasmus+ accreditation experience.
Let’s be clear – we believe all educators need a well-earned break and this initiative is not about glorifying hard work. Rather, it is an opportunity to nourish our mental well-being, redefining the possibilities of education and refocusing on what really matters – delivering an exceptional learning experience to our students.
The professional development courses identified are meticulously designed to align with our school’s Erasmus+ priorities, which encompass the advancement of teachers’ professional skills, embracing diversity in its broadest sense, nurturing digital competences, fostering critical and creative thinking, and promoting STEAM education.
This is a testament to our commitment. By putting our money where our mouth is, we demonstrate our unwavering dedication to providing the best possible education for our students by investing in our educators. Educators return to the classroom inspired, equipped with fresh perspectives, and armed with innovative teaching techniques that will empower our students to become the leaders and problem solvers of tomorrow.
