The EkoSkola Committee at St. Ignatius College Siġġiewi has worked on the Siġġiewi Heritage Trail – a first for the locality and nationally – where the students researched, found what was inexistent, collected data from different members of the community and worked on the design of such trail which is supported by digital means through a QR code access. Once scanned, each code will take you to an informative video about the site being visited. The trail includes seven stops – Parish Church, Old Streets Area, Band Clubs, Fawwara, Verdala Palace and RMJ. It was truly an enriching experience which the students will build on.
