SpLD Service Highlights Maltese Dyslexia Initiatives at Key Conferences

The SpLD Service had the opportunity to participate in two significant conferences during the months of June and July.

From June 14th to June 20th, The Dyslexia Foundation organized a conference and various workshops in Malta. The SpLD Service contributed to this event through a poster session.

Additionally, the SpLD Service was invited to the 46th Annual C onference of the International Academy for Research in Learning Disabilities (IARLD), hosted by the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Poland. At this conference, Ms. Christine Xuereb, Head of Department for the SpLD Service, presented on the support for students with dyslexia within the Maltese context, with a particular focus on the Dyslexia Friendly Schools Initiative.
