Dan irriżulta f’serje ta ’16-il laqgħa online mifruxa fuq ġimagħtejn li għalihom huma mistiedna studenti u għalliema mill-pajjiż kollu. Il-lista ta ’mistiedna speċjali tinkludi lil Dr Lydia Abela, il-mara tal-Prim Ministru ta’ Malta, il-President Eżekuttiv tal-Orkestra Filarmonika ta’ Malta Mro Sigmund Mifsud, u wkoll l-Ambaxxatriċi Helga Mizzi mill-Uffiċċju tal-President tar-Repubblika ta’ Malta fil-Palazz ta’ San Anton.  Il-Kulleġġ u l-MGI għandhom l-intenzjoni li jiżviluppaw aktar din l-inizjattiva matul is-sena skolastika li jmiss.

With schools closed and online teaching, St Margaret College teamed up with Malta Government Investments (MGI) to make contact with a number of key players from Public and Private Industry, Public Society and NGOs to provide students with an opportunity to leave their “virtual schools” and interact with the special guests during these authentic experiences. This has resulted in a series of 16 online meetings spread over 2 weeks to which students and teachers from all over the country are invited. The list of special guests includes Dr Lydia Abela, wife of the Prime Minister of Malta, Malta Philharmonic Orchestra Executive Chairman Mro Sigmund Mifsud, and also Ambassador Helga Mizzi at the San Anton Palace – the official residence of HE the President of the Republic. Sessions have so far been well-attended and extremely engaging. The College and MGI intend to further develop this initiative over the next scholastic year.

Lydia Abela – Kumment

Dalgħodu permezz tal-inizjattiva ‘Skola Intrapriża’, jiena flimkien ma’ Giorgia Mae kellna ċ-ċans niltaqgħu ma’ numru sabiħ ta’ studenti li setgħu jsiru jafuna aħjar. Fost l-oħrajn tkellimna dwar l-importanza li dejjem nibqgħu determinati u naħdmu sabiex nilħqu l-ħolm tagħna.
