Disa’ edukaturi lokali temmew b’suċċess it-Taħriġ Internazzjonali Radboud fuq l-Abbiltajiet Għolja (RITHA) u rċevew iċ-ċertifikati tagħhom waqt ċerimonja qasira ta’ gradwazzjoni li saret fil-Ministeru għall-Edukazzjoni u x-Xogħol.

L-indirizz tas-Sur Gaetano Bugeja (DLAP – Direttur) iffoka fuq l-istadji milħuqa mid-Direttorat għall-Programmi ta’ Tagħlim u Evalwazzjoni fis-settur tal-Abbiltajiet Għolja. Huwa ppreżenta wkoll lil Dr Fabri, Segretarju Permanent, proposta ta’ strateġija nazzjonali fuq Gifted Education sabiex dan it-tagħlim ikompli jevolvi fil-kuntest lokali.

Is-Sur Robert Saliba, wieħed mill-gradwati RITHA, enfasizza l-vjaġġ li ġab miegħu l-kors u faħħar lill-Ministeru għall-appoġġ u għall-investiment finanzjarju f’taħriġ speċjalizzat bħal dan.

Dr Fabri ppreżenta ċ-ċertifikati lid-disa’ gradwati u enfasizza l-ħtieġa li dan is-settur ikompli jespandi permezz ta’ viżjoni ffukata, sostenibbli u li tagħmel sens f’kuntest olistiku.  Awgura lill-edukaturi kollha għal aktar ħidma filwaqt li ħeġġiġhom għal aktar impenn li jwassal għal riżultati mixtieqa.

 

RITHA Graduation

Nine local educators have successfully completed the Radboud International Training on High Ability (RITHA) and received their certificates during a brief graduation ceremony held at the Ministry for Education and Employment.

Mr Gaetano Bugeja’s (DLAP – Director) address focused on the milestones achieved by the Directorate for Learning and Assessment Programmes in the Gifted Education sector.  He also presented Dr Fabri a National Gifted Education Strategy Proposal to continue evolving Gifted Education within the local context.

Mr Robert Saliba, one of the RITHA graduates, highlighted the journey entailed during the course and praised MEDE for the financial investment in such specialist training.

Dr Fabri presented the certificates to the nine graduates and emphasized the need to expand this sector further through a focused, sustainable and meaningful vision in a holistic context.
