Work-based Learning (WBL) huwa l-qalba tat-tagħlim fi programmi ta’ studju vokazzjonali. B’mod partikolari, l-iskema tal-apprentistat f’Malta tiffaċilita l-possibilità li kumpaniji lokali joffru li jimpjegaw studenti biex huma jitgħallmu waqt li jitħarrġu fuq ix-xogħol. Din hija opportunità unika fejn l-industrija tissieħeb b’mod attiv mal-MCAST u tikkontribwixxi fil-formazzjoni tal-istudenti, li potenzjalment ikunu l-impjegati tagħhom stess fil-futur.
Għaldaqstant permezz tal-WBL l-industrija tingħaqad mal-istituzzjoni edukattiva billi timpjega u tinvesti fit-talent lokali u l-Kapital Uman tas-soċjetà Maltija. Il-Kumpaniji lokali għandhom il-faċilità li jirreġistraw bħala sieħba industrijali billi jagħmlu kuntatt mal-Apprenticeship and Work-Based Learning Department bl-email billi jibagħtu fuq [email protected].
Work-based learning (WBL) is at the heart of vocational education and training. In particular, the apprenticeship scheme in Malta allows industry companies to offer the opportunity for students to work and learn at the same time. At the same time, students provide local industry companies with a unique opportunity to recruit talent and develop the required human capital. For industry companies to register as industry partners, please contact directly the Apprenticeship and Work-Based learning department via email ([email protected]).
