L-Uffiċċju tas-Segretarju Permanenti permezz tad-Dipartiment għall-Istrateġija u s-Sapport ħadmu ma’ servizz.gov biex jintroduċu Punt ta’ Kuntatt Uniku għall-impjegati tal-MFED.

X’inhu dan il-Punt ta’ Kuntatt Uniku?  Dan il-Punt ta’ Kuntatt Uniku huwa sistema ċentralizzata ta’ servizz tal-konsumatur li tagħmel id-Dipartimenti u d-Direttorati kollha aktar aċċessibbli għall-impjegati tal-MFED.

Permezz tal-Punt Uniku ta’ Kuntatt, l-impjegati huma pprovduti b’indirizz elettroniku wieħed u numru tat-telefon wieħed għal kwalunkwe servizz li wieħed jista’ jeħtieġ, u b’hekk ikun aktar faċli għal kull impjegat li jikkuntattja lid-Dipartimenti u lid-Direttorati tal-MFED.  Tista tagħmel kuntatt fuq [email protected]  jew ċemplilna fit-2598 2598 matul il-ħinijiet tal-uffiċċju.

Kif jista’ jgħin lill-impjegati tal-MFED il-Punt ta’ Kuntatt Uniku?  Il-Punt ta’ Kuntatt Uniku jista jintuza biss mill-impjegati tal-MFED u jista’ jintuża għal kwistjonijiet relatati mall-impjegat bħal:
• Titlob informazzjoni dwar kwistjonijiet mall-impjegat u edukattivi;
• Titlob informazzjoni dwar applikazzjonijiet, servizzi u benefiċċji lill-impjegati;
• Issegwi kwistjonijiet pendenti tal-impjegat;
• Tagħmel appuntamenti;
• Tirrapporta kwistjonijiet, tirreġistra ilmenti u tagħmel suġġerimenti għal titjib.
Il-Ministeru ġħall-Edukazzjoni huwa impenjat li joffri lill-impjegati kollha tal-MFED servizz ta’ eċċellenza.

 

Single Point of Contact at MFED

The Office of the Permanent Secretary through the Department for Strategy and Support have worked with servizz.gov to introduce a Single Point of Contact for all MFED employees to sustain its internal customer care.

The Single Point of Contact is a centralised customer care system which makes all MFED Departments and Directorates more accessible to MFED employees.

Through the Single Point of Contact employees are provided with  one (1) email address and one (1) telephone number for any personal customer care service one may require, hence making it easier for every employee to contact all MFED Departments and Directorates.

The Single Point of Contact is available only for MFED employees and can be used for employee matters such as:

  • Request information related to the employee and educational matters;
  • Request information on applications, services and benefits to employees;
  • Follow-up employee pending matters;
  • Request and Schedule appointments;
  • Report issues, register complaints and raise suggestions for improvement.
