Il-Fondazzjoni għall-Iskejjel t’Għada (FTS) kisbet il-Marka ta’ Kwalità tar-Riżorsi Umani, li hija standard żviluppat mill-Fondazzjoni għall-Iżvilupp tar-Riżorsi Umani (FHRD).
L-għan tal-Marka ta’ Kwalità tar-Riżorsi Umani huwa li tirrikonoxxi l-organizzazzjonijiet għall-kompetenza u l-professjonaliżmu tagħhom fir-Riżorsi Umani. L-għan tal-Marka ta’ Kwalità tar-Riżorsi Umani huwa li tirrikonoxxi:
- Prattiċi tajbin li jimmassimizzaw l-involviment tal-impjegati bħala parti mill-istrateġija u l-operazzjonijiet tal-organizzazzjoni.
- Organizzazzjonijiet li jinvestu fit-tagħlim u l-iżvilupp kontinwu tal-impjegati tagħhom biex itejbu l-prestazzjoni ġenerali tal-individwu, tat-tim u tal-organizzazzjoni.
- Il-prestazzjoni tal-HR u l-prattiċi tal-premju li jżidu valur lill-organizzazzjoni.
- Prattiċi tar-riżorsi umani li huma maħsuba biex jiżguraw l-ugwaljanza, l-inklużjoni, il-ġustizzja, u l-benessri tal-impjegati fuq il-post tax-xogħol.
Il-Marka ta’ Kwalità tar-Riżorsi Umani tinkoraġġixxi lill-entitajiet biex jinvestu fil-prattiċi tar-riżorsi umani tagħhom biex jattiraw, jimpenjaw ruħhom u jżommu impjegati produttivi u b’talent, u b’hekk jiġġeneraw dħul kummerċjali.
Il-Marka tal-Kwalità tar-Riżorsi Umani tingħata wara evalwazzjoni esterna rigoruża tal-prattiċi tar-Riżorsi Umani. L-evalwazzjoni tippermetti lill-entitajiet li japplikaw biex ikejlu t-tajjeb tal-funzjoni tar-Riżorsi Umani tagħhom u jinnotaw l-oqsma għal titjib.
L-FTS ġiet evalwata fuq l-oqsma tal-kontenut li ġejjin:
- Il-Policies u l-Prattiċi tar-Riżorsi Umani
- Il-Proċess tar-Reklutaġġ, l-Għażla u l-Immaniġjar tat-Talent
- Il-Kumpens, il-Benefiċċji u l-Premjijiet Totali
- L-Impjiegi u r-Relazzjonijiet Industrijali
- Il-Performance Management
- Is-Sistemi tal-Informazzjoni tar-Riżorsi Umani
- It-Taħriġ u l-Iżvilupp tan-Nies
Wara evalwazzjoni esterna rigoruża minn esperti fil-qasam tar-Riżorsi Umani, l-FTS ingħatat il-Marka ta’ Kwalità tar-Riżorsi Umani f’Awwissu 2022. L-FTS hija rikonoxxuta uffiċjalment għall-prattiċi effettivi tagħha fil-qasam tar-Riżorsi Umani.

The Foundation for Tomorrow’s Schools Achieves the FHRD HR Quality Mark
The Foundation for Tomorrow’s Schools (FTS) achieved the HR Quality Mark, which is a standard developed by the Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD).
The objective of the HR Quality Mark is to recognise organisations for their Human Resources competence and professionalism. The aim of the HR Quality Mark is to acknowledge:
- Good practices that maximise employee engagement as part of the strategy and operations of the organisation.
- Organisations which invest in the ongoing learning and development of their employees to improve overall individual, team and organizational performance.
- HR performance and reward practices which add value to the organisation.
- HR practices that are meant to ensure equality, inclusion, fairness, and the well-being of employees at the workplace.
The HR Quality Mark encourages entities to invest in their human resource practices to attract, engage and retain a productive and talented workforce, thereby generating business returns.
The HR Quality Mark is awarded following a rigorous external evaluation of HR practices. The evaluation enables applicant entities to gauge the strengths of their HR function and note the areas for improvement.
FTS was assessed on the following content areas:
- HR Policies and Practices
- Recruitment, Selection and Talent Management
- Compensation, Benefits and Total Rewards
- Employment and Industrial Relations
- Performance Management
- HR Information Systems
- People Training and Development
Following the rigorous external evaluation by experts in the field of Human Resources, FTS was awarded the HR Quality Mark in August 2022. The FTS is officially recognised for its effective practices in the field of Human Resources.
