The Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education DQSE is organising a National Conference on How to Empower, Inspire and Lead. The aim of this conference is to highlight the importance of school leadership in the provision of quality education.
The Conference, being held at the Gran Hotel Excelsior, will continue today on its 2nd day, focusing mainly on discussions on the way forward to a more sustainable school improvement.
School leaders play a central role in initiating and supporting continuous improvement initiatives whilst strengthening their collaboration with stakeholders to implement changes, provide the necessary resources and guidance to enhance the overall quality of education.
