This increase is being implemented as from today as promised in the Government’s electoral manifesto with the aim to continue assisting students in their studies.
This is another important measure in a series of measures that have been implemented in recent years by this Government to increase and enhance maintenance grants to students, including the increase of annual cost of living, additional grants for single parents and wider parameters to who is entitled to a stipend and a stipend for those who repeat a year / make additional year.
The Government will continue its commitment to continue helping more students and will therefore continue implementing the promises announced in the manifesto and the budget over the coming days.
