Aġenzija Żgħażagħ recently hosted an interactive workshop for students at the Start-up Festival, organised by Malta Enterprise, aimed at introducing young people to the concept of resilience through a hands-on business simulation.
Over 200 students were divided into teams and challenged to develop mindfulness-themed products under strict time and resource constraints. This real-world simulation forced participants to navigate unexpected challenges, fostering resilience, adaptability, and creative problem-solving skills.
The workshop highlighted that resilience is more than just bouncing back from setbacks. It’s about persevering, adapting to change, and finding innovative solutions under pressure. By confronting these challenges head-on, participants gained valuable insights into their own capabilities and the importance of a positive mindset.
The collaborative nature of the workshop also proved to be a powerful learning tool. Working with peers from different schools, participants developed essential teamwork skills and learned to appreciate different perspectives.
By sharing their experiences and challenges, participants reinforced the lessons learned and celebrated their accomplishments. The Bounce Back workshop provided a practical and engaging experience that empowered young people to embrace challenges and build resilience for future success.
